Great I was purchasing my leased car and when I got there I was greeted by a sales person who was extremely friendly and outgoing. Once the purchasing proce I was purchasing my leased car and when I got there I was greeted by a sales person who was extremely friendly and outgoing. Once the purchasing process started Bob was very funny personable and very transparent with all the numbers and fees. He went through every detail of every charge plus a variation of monthly payments so there would be no surprises after the bank reviewed my information. After all the paperwork to start the process was complete he got back to me with all the information I needed as soon as he got it so I could make the transition from lease to purchase a smooth as possible. The next day when I came in to sign all the final documents the fincance manager that I was working with was extremely friendly and also very personable and made the process fun and simple and easy to understand. Everything was once again broken down so there would be no surprises so I was confident in finalizing the remaining paperwork. The experience overall was very easy. More

I have been working with Robert Bozzo since February 2016 when he worked with me on my first lease, a 2016 Chevy Equinox. I was extremely pleased with the deal I was offered at the time, and I decided to return to Paramus Chevrolet this time around to upgrade to the 2018 Equinox. I did not make a mistake, as I am writing this after coming home from an amazing ride in my newly leased Equinox. I want to comment on Robert's professionalism. He is in my honest opinion one of the best workers I have ever encountered in the car industry. Knowledgeable, cordial, transparent -- I could go on and on. He is a problem-solver. I have noted that he goes above and beyond in making sure I drive off his lot with my new vehicle before the end of the month. I specifically ask for Robert when I come to this dealership and will continue to do so in the future, because I know I get the best when I do business with him. Last but not least, I would like to comment about Junior. Although I had the pleasure of speaking with him for only 15 minutes, as my finance manager he was also very nice to work with. He was able to tell me about all of the lease options that Chevrolet offers without being pushy.
