Don't sell what you don't know Bought a new 2016 Sonata Hybrid Plug In vehicle. The car looked nice and had read good things about out it so I thought I would check it. Initially I Bought a new 2016 Sonata Hybrid Plug In vehicle. The car looked nice and had read good things about out it so I thought I would check it. Initially I was looking at the Hybrid only., but they gave me a very enticing price for the Plug-in plus there is a federal credit, so I went with it. The Salesperson, Ritchie was nice and friendly, however when it came to the delivery of the vehicle and knowledge of this vehicle at the dealership, things were not as expected and unsatisfactory. Seems like they are selling a product which no one in the dealership knows how it works or can explain the features. Was told that the new Hybrid Plug-in was so new that no one really is trained on this or knows about at the dealership. It has been a month since I bought and I have inquired many times with the dealer to help me in this matter, but still get the same answer that they don't have anyone who knows. I am generally happy with the car, but since I don't fully know how the vehicle functions and features work, it is very disappointing. It doesn't seem that the dealership is looking to help me with this either and I will be making a complaint to Hyundai Corporate about this as well. Seems like it is all about selling the car but no post-sale service. It is very hard to believe that a dealership would sell a product and not be able to answer the customers queries on the features of the vehicle.This was my second Hyundai.. and likely my last. Very frustrating, needless to say. More
