POOR The salesperson was quite uncaring about my needs, very unprofessional, disappeared for hours instead of guiding me throughout the entire time and the The salesperson was quite uncaring about my needs, very unprofessional, disappeared for hours instead of guiding me throughout the entire time and the process of purchasing the vehicle, which made me think that once he got my signature, he simple did NO longer cared about my objections or my needs, during and after the purchase was completed. It is unacceptable when purchasing a vehicle to be given only ONE key, which I had to come into the dealership for it three (3) times. You must know that I have purchased MANY vehicles in the past, but this time it was my WORST experience ever! Sales people MUST be trained properly, because they are the MAIN contact between the dealership and the business, which represent MONEY coming in or OUT... And let us NOT forget that clients contribute for every one at the dealership to have employment... So, why not treat people with kindness and with the respect we all deserve. More
