Awesome Experience I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Hyundai of Paramus and the whole experience was amazing. I called for an online listing and spoke with S I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Hyundai of Paramus and the whole experience was amazing. I called for an online listing and spoke with Scott (internet sales Manager). Scott was very informative, didn't try to haggle me, and broke everything down for me to make the price work best for me. We came to an agreement just moments after speaking over the phone. I came from out of state for the vehicle and the salesman Iggi Baretto met me at the airport in a vary timely fashion, to give me a ride at no cost to me! I then arrived at the dealership after a short ride with Iggi and was greeted with open arms by almost everyone I ran into. It was almost like I was a part of the family and I hadn't even paid for the car yet! The price of the vehicle was extremely good and the whole process of actually buying the car was very pleasant. Iggi even walked me through all of the extra features the car and Hyundai has to offer and what he recommends I should and shouldn't go with based on factors that apply to me. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I would consider flying out to this dealership for another vehicle again if I ever need one. More

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and actually seemed like he actually cared about me and my family's needs at the time of our purchase. He also stated how he was family friends with the owner and general manager and i think that's how we did get such a good deal! I have already recommended one of my family members to him and they also got the same courteous, polite, and very charming young man that i had encountered though. Ryan even contacted me after the sale to ask about my mother and asked and seemed genuinely concerned about her health. Would definitely recommend him to all people reading this, if you want a salesperson who cares about his customers, and not just his own pockets! More

Leased a '16 Hyundai Tucson Sport at PARAMUS Hyundai. Great! I became very interested in the 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport 1.6 Turbo. I visited 2 other Dealerships in my area and found that while they were definite I became very interested in the 2016 Hyundai Tucson Sport 1.6 Turbo. I visited 2 other Dealerships in my area and found that while they were definitely interested in doing business, the Sales Mgr. at PARAMUS Hyundai vowed to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. The color I wanted most, with the interior color as well, wasn't in his inventory at that moment. Just as important to me, he worked with me until we came to mutual agreement on a fair and very good price. He kept his word, and got me my Tucson, and I drove it home, all within a couple days. Also, this Dealership is close to my home and I will definitely do my service there. I have had several occasions during the last 4 years to see their Service Dept. in action, when I took a ride with my son there for Maintenance on his Santa Fe. I can't say enough about my Salesperson, Brian Gombocz. He was courteous, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and up-front, though never agressive or overly persuasive.
