I spent quite a bit of time contacting and visiting multiple dealers while looking for my Certified PreOwned Sonata only to be disappointed time and time again by either the manner in which the dealers multiple dealers while looking for my Certified PreOwned Sonata only to be disappointed time and time again by either the manner in which the dealership did business, the quality of the inventory, and the pricing. Paramus Hyundai stood out above the rest and they only contacted me the way that I asked them to which was email (other dealerships will call you with no end...). When I finally went in to see the car I made it clear I could not buy that night without my fiancé, they understood and instead of blowing me off, continued to speak with me about the car. I especially appreciate the low pressure environment and general manner in which the employees of this dealership conduct themselves. I met with both sales agents Bruce and Ian as well as the sales manager Phil and only have positive things to say about all of them. There was also a promotion for a low APR which I qualified for and did not have to fight them to get (even with very good credit -mid 700's- many dealerships will tell you that you don't qualify for it). I was very happy with the price and the overall experience. I now understand why there is such loyalty to this dealership and agree with all the other positive ratings they have on this website. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

We always had liked Hyundai as a brand Hi, We (me and my wife) came across Rt 4 Paramus Hyundai website during our internet search for new vehicle. We always had liked Hyundai as a brand as my first car in India was Hyundai as well. We had visited 6 different dealers before visiting Paramus Hyundai and nowhere did we feel comfortable - being first time car buyers in US always had so many questions. Both the sales guys Ray and Iggi were really great in explaining the details, answered our queries and helped us closed the deal for Hyundai Sonata 2014 model. Ray went out of his way to come in on his day off to help us get all the paper work completed as we had a particular day in mind considered to be auspicious as per Indian calendar to do any new purchase. Iggi and Ray both followed up with us to understand if we needed any other assistance - we felt more welcome at Paramus Hyundai, no artificial salesmanship!!. My car was recently totaled while parked in front of my house, hence the hunt for a new car began. I visited many dealerships for all different cars. I found it to be a very frustrating experience. Many of the salespeople I encountered were very difficult to deal with. After deciding that I truly did want to purchase a Hyundai, I then visited a few different Hyundai locations. The very first dealer I visited was Hyundai in Paramus and dealt with a salesman named Dashawn Freeman. He was very patient, friendly and professional. I chose, after visiting a few other locations, to return to Paramus and Dashawn. I am very glad I made that decision. Together with Dashawn and Vincent Incorvaia we were able to work out a deal to please all concerned. Dashawn was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend any of my friends/family to seek him out when deciding on a new car. More
