Even after we found the perfect vehicle for us, he hustled to make the trade-in, financing, title transfer, even getting new floormats a very quick and easy process. He also made sure we knew the details of what still needed to be done (second keys, little things like that). I found him to have a real, no-nonsense attitude, even when it was time to haggle.
