There wasn’t much time for a real test drive, but she listened to my dealbreaker concern and allowed me to take a quick lap in the lot. This opportunity made the difference between “yes” or “no”. She could have easily said “we close in 30 minutes, come back”, but she didn’t. Because of her level of service I was able to made an informed decision and was willing to wait a little over a month for my CX-5 to arrive. It was worth the wait!!!! She even noticed my birthday was a couple of days ago and called to wish me a “happy birthday”. Attention to even the most minute details are quintessential in the customer service realm. There was no pressure or “quick talk”. “Alex” didn’t know if I would become an actual customer or not, but she treated me as if I already made the purchase.
