Originally, I was debating over X5, X6, Cayenne and RRS, but thanks to her, Park Ave BMW got a new, but most importantly, very loyal customer. I must admit, that I am probably not the easiest one, but due to her enormous patience and outstanding dedication I made my decision rather quickly. I just can't praise her enough! Very impressed! To put it simply, Blitzkrieg is what she did on this deal. In such a hot segment of luxury SUVs, it takes some serious efforts to sell a fully loaded vehicle over such strong competitors as Porsche (very solid experience) and Land Rover (serious let down, an appalling experience), not to mention fierce competition from other regional BMW dealers and lease brokers. Very solid experience overall. I would strongly recommend Park Ave BMW (and actually already did that a few times already), and Heather O'Brien especially. Courteous, patient, knowledgeable, honest and simply an outstanding negotiator! Christopher Palma, a BMW Genius there, is a great guy to work with, very knowledgeable and patient, I would strongly recommend him as well.
