PARK AVE BMW IS EPK I have purchased many cars from many brands (Mercedes Infinity, Nissan, VW, Chevrolet, etc and of course BMW), and I have dealt with different dealers I have purchased many cars from many brands (Mercedes Infinity, Nissan, VW, Chevrolet, etc and of course BMW), and I have dealt with different dealerships from BMW in the past also but Park Ave BMW has surpassed them all. The staff from Park Ave. is Excellent, Professional and Knowledgeable (EPK). I was impressed on the type of service I got since the first time I spoke to Craig Cayetano, and I was very pleased when he began to talk to me about the BMW i3, he is the only Sales advisor that had a profound knowledge of all the features of the i3, I had spoken to 3 other BMW dealerships before coming to Park Ave and all the service advisors knew less that I actually knew about the i3, but not with Craig who was able to answer questions that no dealership was able to answer for me in the past. I must say that there is another key person in the dealership who is essential for Park Ave and that is Brad (Sales Manager) who works with the customers to get them the best deal Park Ave can offer.(that is why I made the deal with Park Ave as no other dealership was able to beat the deal I got from them) I could summarize my experience by saying Park Ave is EPK and you have another satisfied customer... There were times during the process when Aimon was hard to find (he's a top seller and therefore very busy) but the great staff was always there to promptly help out and get me what I needed.
