People are nice here but just wont fix the issue. I had issues with the lumbar support system in the driver seat since I bought the car. It would not deflate all the way in, causing severe back discom I had issues with the lumbar support system in the driver seat since I bought the car. It would not deflate all the way in, causing severe back discomfort after 15 mins of driving. I took the car here and explained the issue. They took the car in, said they replaced the part . I got there for picking up and realized that the issue still persists. They told me that I would need to come again later on a weekday and they would run tests to make sure there is no problem. So I took a day off from work, go there and they would not accept that there is an issue with the seat.They said its just me. I showed them how the passenger seat did not have an issue and driver seat still feels faulty. My brother /friends felt the same issue so obviously its not just me. I asked them if they could do their test or show me the seat interior so that i would be satisfied. No , they would not agree. Their solution for me was to buy a memory cushion from amazon. Right after this, I went to the parts section to get touch up paint. Their system showed part is available but the person just could not find the part. I was left their waiting for what felt like an eternity. I understand that this could be a system glitch, but it made my experience even worse. Because of these reasons I am giving it a 2 star rating. More
