As experienced buyers, we can honestly say that the level of knowledge and customer service far provides by Hans far exceeded expectations and has been the best of all our prior 5 BMW purchased. Hans was very helpful, followed through on everything he said he would do, was knowledgeable and extremely patient. He is a true Ambassidor for the BMW brand. Overall, this has been the BEST experience. The common theme throughout has been the flawless execution of what was promised. It’s such a simply concept to just deliver what you say you are going to, yet so many people in service roles can’t seem to get that right. I commend Hans for getting it right. I wholeheartedly recommend Park Ave BMW for anyone interested in buying a BMW (and if you’re not interested, you should be). Above all, was my experience with Victor as my salesman. He listened to everything I wanted and helped me get my dream car. I felt like I was working with a friend who had my interests in mind. Before, I got my car from Victor at Park Ave, I shopped around for a car at other local BMW dealers, Mercedes, Lexus, Range Rover, Volkswagen, Audi, etc. I left each dealer feeling consistently disappointed because I felt I was dealing with people who tried to pressure and trick me. When I met Victor at Park Ave, I felt instantly like I actually had a say in the car I was buying (but really, I didn't feel that way before). He really worked with me to get an honest and fair deal. I had my BMW built and ordered and throughout the entire experience, we kept in constant communication until I had the car to drive off in (even after he checked in to see how I like it). He made me feel comfortable enough to ask any question and he never made me feel like I was annoying him with my constant questions or new "ideas". My friends and family couldn't believe how attentive and responsive my salesman was, even after I had technically “made the deal”. Even the finance manager was not pushy and had patience for all my questions and concerns. I wish buying a home was this reassuring. Again, if you want a BMW, go to Park Ave. More
