After visiting other dealerships, it is greatly appreciated to sit down with a sales associate and have them immediately give you a bottom line for the car and options that you are interested in. No "let me ask my manager" and come back to you in 10 minutes as you waste your time. There is a no hassle attitude at Park Avenue and after the initial wait to see Aimon, everything else is easy. He went through multiple options with me with various used and new cars and the price differences. For the first time in 20 years, i purchased a new car (and received a very fair deal for my trade in). As Aimon is very busy, much of the setup work and legwork is done by his assistant, Tori Sopelsa. I found her to be meticulous, caring, and she followed up with everything that she said that she would do. Overall, I hate buying a car, but park avenue bmw made it a relatively painless process. PS. I am a woman who came in without my boyfriend because I knew from previous experience at the dealership that I would be treated the same as if he came with me (which he did the last time). More

He was very low pressure, had a terrific personality, and answered all of our questions. When we made the decision to purchase a BMW, I contacted several BMW areas in the area. When I finally found a price that was satisfactory to us, I went back to Rob to see if he could beat it. He did and we purchased the car from him. Not only was the process of leasing the car smooth, but Rob spent a couple of hours showing us how to operate the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Rob to anyone looking to buy a BMW. More

Mr. Andre Lindsay was not only our sales person but also a supporter to decide a right car for us based on our budget, what we currently drive, and even our lifestyle. We had 3 years daughter with us and she could not behave good while we were doing the business at the Park ave, but Mr. Joseph Atshan helped us to take care of my daughter. He even offered us to use his desk for her so that my daughter can read a book or play with crayons.
