Exceptional Leasing Experience Title says it all! But I will dive in a little further. First I must say that I do not enjoy the leasing/buying process, as it takes alot of time, Title says it all! After all, it is the second biggest purchase after your house..right? ;) So why is it strange that we as buyer want to get the best our money can buy us? My wife and I were buying holiday gifts on Amazon, and an idea came to us, "wouldn't it be great if we can lease a car with same experience amazon provides us?" After all, there is really no need to go to a dealer other than to pick up the car, once its prepped and ready to go? And so this is exactly what Hans provided us with! Amazon like experience, where after couple of email exchanges, and 2 phone calls, we emailed him some documents, came in the next day, sign some papers and left with the car! Wonderful experience-- Nick and Rachel are awesome! I wanted to build a specific X5 (3rd row, etc). I dealt with Nick. He was very professional and returned all my calls within 20 minutes. We discussed a price that I had been quoted elsewhere and he matched it. The reason I ultimately decided to go with Park Avenue was because of Nick's assistant Rachel who was unbelievable! She was the most thorough employee I had ever dealt with. She was a pleasure to work with and made my life so much easier (paperwork, timing, etc) She followed up after the sale and even stayed late one night to help me with extra questions! These 2 area fantastic team and I couldn't imagine a better experience with any other dealer or salesperson. The management at Park Avenue should be really appreciative to have such a team.
