He told me over the phone that I wasted 4 hours of his time on a loosing deal. Victor needs to learn the basics of Sales 101. He does not understand the meaning of customer experience. He expects customer to walk in and pay a sticker price. Don't ask him any questions because he will insult you. I caution you to NOT deal with him. I never take the time out to fill out any surveys but I felt that my time spent on this is worth of saving the next customer's humiliation. Its a shame because other people I dealt with at this organization are courteous, professional and fully comprehend the importance of great customer experience. More

I met Mike back in August, one calendar year before my lease was up, in preparation for what I knew would be a custom order out of Germany. This is my 4th BMW, not a rookie, so I needed to be paired with someone who could get down to brass tacks on pricing, knew more about the process than I do (a rarity) and someone who could find me an allocation on a car that's not easy to find. Mike is very knowledgeable and understood my needs perfectly. He reached back out to me in October, told me to come in to talk, and I asked him why the rush as I wouldn't have to place an order until May to make my lease expiration date- he told me that he could get me into my car sooner than that. Well, Merry Christmas, I'm in my new car. Quite an unexpected holiday gift. Must also call out that Mike may be the most communicative car dealer I've ever encountered, every single email and phone call was followed up very quickly despite how busy things can be in a NYC metro dealership. Sounds simple enough but you'd be surprised how many dealers don't pay enough attention like Mike does, really made a big difference. Thanks to Mike and the entire Park Ave staff, really great job of attending to customers and making the process so effortless. With so many other BMW dealers in the area it's a real testament to all of you that you're rated #1 and it's well deserved. See you in 3 years (or less) for the next ride. More

Excellent buying experience with Mike Messinger I purchased a 335 yesterday at Park Ave. BMW. I was referred to Mike Messinger by a friend in town who has used Mike's services for multiple purchases I purchased a 335 yesterday at Park Ave. BMW. I was referred to Mike Messinger by a friend in town who has used Mike's services for multiple purchases, so I gave him a call. Since I knew which vehicle I wanted already, I worked with Mike over the phone and came to a mutually acceptable agreement before even stepping in the dealership. Mike spent the right amount of time with me and honored the pricing we discussed earlier. The only slight negative (and I don't think this had to do with Mike) was that as often happens, I didn't receive as much for my trade in as I was hoping but I accepted the offer for the convenience of not having to deal with a private party sale. Mike has also offered to bring the 2nd set of keys to my residence (they were not with the car at the time of sale) and has offered to come by my house on a weekend to give me additional training on the use of the 535s many features. Overall, I'm very happy with my Park Ave experience in general and highly recommend calling Mike if you're in the market for BMW. More
