From our first handshake she was ready to help me without hesitation. After my first interaction with her, she remained cool, calm, and collected. I didn't receive the annoying follow ups that some car salesmen tend to irk you with. We emailed back and forth, made a few more in person visits, and the deal was done. It seemed like they read from the same book and everyone that we dealt with made us feel, welcome, wanted and the most important person in that room when dealing with us. Fortunately this experience does not stop at Sales like others but, it continues onto their service center as well. Rob Ermantinger, especially should be commended for his friendliness and follow through. Our second experience with him was also memorable since he made the process easy. This dealership has our business for life - especially Rob. Rob - even called us on his day off to let us know of a deal that BMW had come out with it and he would apply it to our transaction.
