This changed this past weekend. I went to park ave bmw late in the day, close to the closing hour. I introduced myself to the receptionist and advised I may be interested in a car. I went back outside and within 3 minutes Victor approached my wife and me. I explained to him what my interest were and my limits. He respected both. He did not try to upsale nor dismiss my views. The whole transaction was a conversation never a sells pitch. I did purchase a car that day and am very happy that i did so from victor and park ave bmw. Will highly recommend the dealership and Victor. More
