This was our first BMW purchase. Since I had a pleasant experience with Park Ave Acura in the past, we decided to visit Park Ave BMW and see Joe. We are very particular in terms of options, interior\exterior color combinations, and money conscious. Joe did an excellent job finding the specific car we were looking for and worked a great deal for us. We were undecided between leasing and financing and Joe and Gil, the finance manager, patiently discussed the pros and cons of each option. We had a pleasant experience at the dealership and felt comfortable throughout the process. Joe did an excellent job answering all our questions and understanding our needs, going over the features of the car, and following up to thank us and answer any subsequent questions.
