Great from start to finish I had visited another BMW dealer before coming to Park Ave and knew the second I met Daniel Kenney that I was not going to lease my first BMW from tha I had visited another BMW dealer before coming to Park Ave and knew the second I met Daniel Kenney that I was not going to lease my first BMW from that other dealership. Daniel came on a recommendation from a family member who had used him many times and the recommendation lived up to expectations and then some. Daniel was very easy to work with, explained everything I needed to know about the car, about leasing, the options, etc and worked with me right away to ensure he could provide what I was looking for. Negotiating was completely hassle free because the bottom line was Daniel knew what I was looking for and he worked to make it happen. I got the sense that he was more interested in making sure I could drive away in a BMW than making a sale. I trusted him that the multiple options he gave me (all designed to help make the process easier for me) were the best, and they were. When I went to sign everything and take home the car, Ryan in the finance team did the same thing and was very helpful. I would recommend the dealership and Daniel to anyone looking for a BMW. More

Dan answered all of our questions, gave us his full attention for a good chunk of the afternoon, and was in no way pushy. By the time we left, he had not only sold us a BMW x1, but actually had the car prepped and ready to roll by the time we left. Ryan McGowan did the financials with us, and made what could have been an extremely long and arduous task, easy and fast! Like Dan, he was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We have owned and/or leased many cars in the 45 years since we have been married, but this was the most pleasant experience we have ever had.
