I came into BMW Park Ave kind of unsure what I was looking for. All I knew was that I wanted to trade in my car for a different one. He gave me information on every type of option I faced. First, he gave me an estimate for my trade in. After we went through the process of financing and leasing. I was sold on leasing, simply because of the lower monthly payments, and I could get something brand new. I was still looking at used, and even thinking of financing. I wasn't sure of the car I wanted. I quickly decided on a new 4 series. Now the the detailing was difficult. I had in mind what I wanted my car to look like. He gave me so many options, and was very patient with helping me look, and getting what I wanted. I went back again to finalize everything, and of course he had found my perfect car. It was more than I expected. He worked with me diligently and helped me sort everything out. He was very quick with returning my calls and emails. He did everything possible to get me my car. I'm so happy with everything. Everything with him went smooth, and I appreciated it so much. The staff was also very helpful and polite. I ended up financing the car- with great monthly payments. I actually went there yesterday to pick up my registration and get my plates put on, and even though it was late, and everyone looked tired- they were all still amazing. I recommend BMW Park Ave to everyone. Highly exceptional service. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again-- special thank you Sabit! More

Bad experience!! I made an appointment for 1pm and I had to wait 10-15 minutes. Jeff took me for a "test drive" in a 328. When I made my appointment I asked for a 320. I made an appointment for 1pm and I had to wait 10-15 minutes. Jeff took me for a "test drive" in a 328. When I made my appointment I asked for a 320. My "test drive" was only around the block. He didn't going over the details of the car with me. I was being rushed to get back to the dealership, so he can get back to the customer he left for 5 minutes. He gave me an offer that didn't see resonable. I also feel I wasn't taken as a "serious" buyer because I am in my mid 20's. I won't recommend Park Ave. to any one. More

New Sales Person Same Good Experience We had previously purchased 3 other BMW's from this dealership all with terrific results. Our previous sales person is no longer at the dealership, and we were assigned to Sabit. We were at the point of turning in our leased 535 and wanted to get a new 4 series. We were overwhelmed at all the options and packages when configuring a 4 series. Sabit did a great job of understanding what was important to us regarding options. He then had us test drive both a 428 and a 435. It was an exhausting process and I was pleased at all the time that he spent with us making sure that the car as configured was exactly what we wanted. It is such a pleasure buying from a dealer that does not try to force your decision into a car already in stock on their lot. When we picked up the new 428, Sabit again took all the time we needed to fully explain all the various options on the car. Park Ave is stress free as a dealership because they know that if they make you happy, you will be back. And that is the reason that we are on our 4th BMW from them. More
