This time I came back looking to replace my 2006 BMW X5 with a I had the pleasure of getting to know the Park Ave team at their Acura dealer in 2012. This time I came back looking to replace my 2006 BMW X5 with a newer version of the same model. I found an ultra low mileage X5 at Park Ave, and equipped with every feature available. From the test drive through the F&I process, it couldn't have been better. A little negotiation proved that they were willing to work to earn my business. Gregg Berkowitz was truly a pleasure and took extra good care of me. Rob Ermatinger spent over an hour explaining the long list of features and voice controlled technology. Remember I already owned an X5 so I thought I "knew everything". How wrong I was! Thanks to Rob's investment in time to instruct me on everything, I left feeling well cared for, and appreciated.
