When I met with him he made me feel very comfortable and as puzzled as I previously was before meeting up with him, he m amazing experience with him. Working with Brett and Roger was by far the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. These guys know what they're doing. I stopped by Park Ave BMW, completely unannounced, I stopped by Park Ave BMW, completely unannounced, looking to purchase a CPO 3-series BMW. Brett was very attentive and took his time to understan I stopped by Park Ave BMW, completely unannounced, looking to purchase a CPO 3-series BMW. Brett was very attentive and took his time to understand what kind of car I was looking for. He went over their extensive inventory and selected a few vehicles for me to test drive. Within minutes, the cars were outside and we took them out for a spin. Brett diligently explained all of the features and differences between the cars. There was no pressure to have me choose one over another, nor was there any pressure to upsell to something more expensive or features I didn't want (e.g. navigation). In fact, he really only offered his own recommendation after I asked for it. When we got back to his office, we negotiated the pricing for 2 different cars at the same time as I had not yet made my mind on which one I wanted yet. The price was $2000 off of the sticker price, right off the bat. When I am buying a car, I completely understand the dealership needs to make a reasonable profit, and I expect that they should know that the customer wants a reasonable deal too. It should be a win-win situation, something that a lot of other unscrupulous car dealers neglect. At Park Ave BMW, the negotiations are very honest, fair, and transparent. There are no hidden charges, in fact the only additional charges are for tax, licensing, and a reasonable dealer prep. It took about 15min to agree on a final price. Then, as Brett was finishing up the paper work, he said that he forgot to mention a $1000 incentive that they were running. Wow, what a nice way to end the day! Roger was also very pleasant to deal with. He explained all of the additional warrantees and financial stuff in complete detail, without rush, but in a timely manner. Again, there was no pressure to purchase additional packages and recommendations were only offered when asked. Truly my best car purchasing experience! More
Our experience here was excellent. Dan P. was so courteous from the minute we inquired about the vehicle to the end of the transaction. Finance was done with Roger P. he was a delight to work with. They gave us exactly what we expected on our trade in. The appraiser was such a gentlemen, forgetting his name at the moment. We have one minor problem, the antenna on the vehicle looked like either it was pulled on or rotted with the cold weather. We have a warranty for another 5 months. Expecting a call from Dan P. that they will fix it, probably just a new one screwed in. I would buy or lease another car there again with out any hesitation. They are such a caring dealership, coffee served, water muffins. Words can not describe how happy we were. Even happier when our antenna is fixed that is bothering us some. :-( More

Customer service specialists who are employed at large automobile repair facilities with Monday morning shifts fall directly into this category. Commencing by cordially greeting each and every grumpy Monday morning customer who approaches your desk, a good customer service specialist is one, who regardless of how poorly his or her day might be going, can best multitask smiling while efficiently and effectively attending to and accomplishing all required responsibilities without conveying any semblance of difficulty or stress. Then there is the incessant cacophonous ringing of multiple telephones in the background, all of which must be answered, with each caller’s requests being quickly and readily comprehended, and then promptly dispatched to the correct party. However, what if one of the callers were to have called with a urgent need and the service consultant with whom he had hoped to speak was busy tending to another client? This is where I come in. Well, not just me, but also Deanna Janke, Park Ave BMW’s wonderful customer service specialist. Even good cars occasionally have bad Monday mornings as well. At least so I came to realize when my boss called me on one Monday morning to inform me that the instrument panel messaging center of his beloved BMW Alpina B7 was conveying multiple extremely well lit messages regarding its pressing need for immediate evaluation and impending service. Although the benefits of owning an intelligent, well intentioned car implemented with extraordinary technology enabling it to readily and accurately convey its most immediate needs to its owner is an attribute that most car owners would generally appreciate, on the premise that neither my boss nor I even know how to open the hood of his car, the car’s very forthright, somewhat demanding and always incredibly alarming messages are always the catalyst of heightened blood pressure and an immediate phone call to Park Ave BMW. On this particular Monday morning, upon having called Park Ave BMW to speak with my usual service consultant, Ms. Janke, whom I did not know at the time, informed me that my service consultant was busy assisting another client, but, noting my concern, took instant charge of the situation by telling me not to worry in that not only would she contact another service consultant on my behalf to inquire about the car’s conveyed messages, but that she would also call me back within just a matter of moments, and would proactively make arrangements for me to bring the car in for immediate service if warranted. As promised, after having consulted with another service consultant, Ms. Janke followed up with me by informing me that on account of wanting to allay any concerns, she and her colleague deemed that it would be in my boss’ best interest to have the car brought in for immediate evaluation, and that she had already scheduled an appointment and had also made concurrent arrangements for my boss to obtain a loaner car. Simply stated, multitasking just does not get any better than this! More
My wife and I went to Park Ave BMW for a test drive to see how we felt about the BMW X3. We loved the car. However, Nicholas and his team went above and beyond to earn our business. I was looking to lease the new 4 Series and was taken care of by Tom Bonarrigo, someone who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely polite and thorough. This representative of Park Avenue BMW deserves a 5 STAR RATING!!! It was the best and easiest experience I have ever had doing business. So, Mr. Bonarrigo, keep up the great work.
