I had a 3 year lease on a BMW X3, the lease was about to end and I had to make a decision to buy the car, lease or buy another car or walk away. I spoke to my salesperson at Park Ave, Tom Bonarrigo, who basically laid out my options in a language that made sense. There was no pressure I needed at least three more calls to go over the specifics and he could not have been more helpful. He accommodated my schedule, made all the arrangements with service, the car was inspected and ready within 24 hours. I was extremely pleased with the degree of service he provided. More

I must write accolades for Eric Cuello as well as Deanna Janke. Eric is the most honest service advisor that I have ever been lucky enough to have on my team. She is always most professional and just recently I had some health issues and the first thing she asked me when I was at service last week, was Allan, how are you feeling?
