She is always most professional and just recently I had some health issues and the first thing she asked me when I was at service last week, was Allan, how are you feeling? I had great expiriance with this dealership, specially with Steven Mercier. I was treated great, everithing was moving in fast manner. After everithing was approved, we went to sign the paperwork which was done very quickly and professionaly. Steve spent almost an hour with me after everithing was done to make sure i understand all the features that car came with and show me how to use the idrive. He also made sure to tell me to feel free to call with any questions i may have in case i didnt understand everithing.
