I visited numerous dealerships throughout the Tri-State, only to feel anxious and frustrated in the customer service I was receiving. Every salesperson seemed more interested in flat-out selling the vehicle instead of trying to understand what I actually wanted and what I felt comfortable with in my budget. My enthusiasm for getting the new 3 series seemed entirely deflated…that is until I visited Park Ave BMW. The minute I walked into the dealership I was greeted by the friendly face of Sabit Hadzhiev. He sat me down and let me do most of the talking. He truly listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and located one that had my specifications quickly and accurately. He didn’t just tell me he had a car…he had a VIN! There were no smoke and mirrors about having the car I wanted, which I was so used to hearing from the other dealers in the area. In addition, he not only found the car that surpassed my expectations, but he gave me a deal that I could never get elsewhere. He even went above and beyond and crafted a lease deal that granted me the mileage I needed, while keeping the monthly payments extremely reasonable. He also had the car there and prepped in the same week! Sabit is a fantastic salesman and an admirable representative of the BMW brand. Visited Park Ave because of an ad posted in the Bergen Record. We were going to buy a BMW X1 over the MB GLK because of pricing.. Jesse was nice and friendly, but then his used car dealer gave us a price Record. We were going to buy a BMW X1 over the MB GLK because of pricing.. Jesse was nice and friendly, but then his used car dealer gave us a price on our trade-in that wasn't even sensical. I used the rest of the saturday to get the truck appraised at two different dealerships. The next lowest bid was $4000 higher than Park Ave. I'm a trader for a large bank, and if i made a wide market (difference between where i buy and sell), i'd get fired... They need to fire their trade-in specialist, or teach him how to be a pro... If they didn't want the truck, they could have presented a less aggressive but unoffensive bid, or just flat out said they weren't interested in the trade. 7k less than KBB "fair value" is dumb. At the end of the day, i'm happy not having done business with a unprofessional shop (what else do you call a dealership that can't make a market on a car?). Sorry Jesse.... you missed a deal cause your support staff stinks. More

I had a terrible experience at Morristown BMW the day before. I went to Park ave the following day without much hope.
