Steven Mercier was very professional. I called him exactly at 9.00 in the morning. He just came in and within 5 minutes I got a call back. Asked him about a vehicle and a price for my trade in and exactly at 9.00 in the morning. He just came in and within 5 minutes I got a call back. There was one scratch in the rim which was not fixed and Brad was kind enough to fix it at the next visit and give me a free tank of gas.
