Jesse Bowman was an excellent salesman and was able to answer our questions and sold us on the BMW brand without being pushy or disingenuous, highly responsive to emails, even though I am sure I probably drove him crazy with questions! I would highly recommend Park Ave. over any other BMW dealers in the area. They are just that much better! Friendly, better pricing, accommodating and the people working there seem to be actually happy at their jobs! The delivery day went smoothly, paperwork was in order and it was painless! I have yet to experience their service dept. but I am confident it will be the same great customer care. We love our gently loved X5 so far. The purchase experience was excellent. I selected the vehicle I was interested in online. I emailed Brad Russak via email and made an offer for the vehicle that I was interested. He responded almost immediately with a reasonable counteroffer and I scheduled an appointment to see the car. My wife and 6-year old daughter accompanied me to the visit and Brad introduced me to Brett Drummer who was going to show me the vehicle. Brett was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The vehicle was already positioned for us when we arrived and my wife test-drove the vehicle with Brett, my daughter and myself. I was very skeptical about the entire process because I have been involved in the bait and switch tactics of other dealerships in the past. After the testdrive, I made my offer to Brett and he consulted with Brad and we came to what I feel was a reasonable compromise on the first attempt. After we came to a reasonable purchase price, I informed Brett of my Audi that I was willing to consider as a trade in. Again, the dealership gave me a reasonable offer within $200 of my asking price. I agreed to trade in the vehicle without unnecessary haggling or playing games on the trade-in. No time was wasted and we are thrilled with the vehicle purchased. We arrived to late in the day to finalize the deal on the same day. I returned 2 days later to finish the financing, where again, I was prepared for the high pitch sales effort by the financing team. Roger Pic had everything ready for me to sign. He professionally presented the options and extended warranties that were available to me. I politely declined and he processed the financing with no unnecessary games. I may opt to extend my warranty at a later time and I agreed to be contacted by the BMW/Liberty Mutual insurance agent for an auto quote because of the great experience that I had at Park Avenue. Well Done! This was a great vehicle purchase experience. Extra kudos to Brett who I dealt with the most during this transaction.
