I went into BMW more to just window shop and low and behold was Danny P. What a nice and honest Salesman he was, I immediately let me know that I am 99.9% sure I was not able to afford to lease a BMW. behold was Danny P. Danny took the time to ask me what my price range was and when i told him he responded with he thinks he can work with me and off the talking went. We spoke for about 3 weeks while Danny worked very hard to try and find a deal for me that would work and kept me informed the entire time. Finally I get a call where he says "I got one" took the time to explain what the car was and last night I went to pick up my 328i X Drive. I never would have thought I would be driving a BMW but I am thanks to Danny. Danny was a wonderful person to work with as I and be over excited with tons of questions and he never once ever appeared bothered by what I was asking. I went in last night to sign the papers with Danny and and he stayed with me until after his shift to show me all the features I was getting with me car and even followed up with me today to ensure all was ok. I worked with Dan Pieroni on Saturday and he was able to get me a great deal using all of the available savings programs had to offer and then some. I never felt as though i was being haggled by a typical get me a great deal using all of the available savings programs had to offer and then some. I never felt as though i was being haggled by a typical salesman dropping the typical lines, Dan provided a no nonsense negotation and got rite to the bottom numbers with out haggling me for a single second. He was honest and up front with the numbers he ran for me and we were able to come to a deal in a matter of no time. At no point did it feel like I was sitting with typical sales person looking to get me for every dollar in my pocket, it truly felt like Dan was on my team the whole time fighting to get me the best deal he possibly could and I believe he did just that. i am very satisfied with the dealership as a whole but i truly feel Dan truly elevated the overall experience I had while purchasing my new X1! The only thing that could have made the experience a little better is that my vehicle was located at there storage facility and it took a little long to get to me, but considering traffic on route 17 on a Saturday afternoon theres not much they can do to improve that anyway. This dealership has exceeded every expectation that I had before entering their building. I spent 5 days talking to different BMW dealer in tri-state and in majority of the cases I received various quotes a before entering their building. I spent 5 days talking to different BMW dealer in tri-state and in majority of the cases I received various quotes and "attitudes". While talking to Junior I have realized that this dealership and him personally care and want to win the "customer". They understood that I am very savyy buyer and has done my "homework". Junior without hesitation provided me with quote that was realistic (not ambitiously stupid like other dealers' quotes). On Saturday we showed up at their location 1.5 hours before closing: my quoted car was parked in front of the building clean and ready to move out (without any paperwork done). We took car for a spin, liked it and i of course was expecting the usual surprises and hidden stones with the quote. Shockingly it didn't happen at all; Junior and myself spent total of 5 minutes looking the screen of the his computer and price went down a little more. Then I have asked about multiple deposits program to drive price down even more and Junior accepted that offer too. We were literally done in 10 minutes. One hour later I drove away on my new X5. Francine was AMAZING!!! I honestly enjoyed working with the park ave team but Francine made the experience painless. She's very popular so make an appointment, or you'll have to wait in line. If you have the time (all day) then that's a different story. From day 1 Francine was on the hunt to find me a preowned vehicle. She kept me in mind and we found something that was perfect for me. Left the same day with my new bmw. Couldn't be happier with her service. I will HIGHLY recommend her to all of my colleagues and friends looking for a bmw. More
