After visiting several BMW dealerships, I was referred to Francine by a friend who recently purchased with her. My lease was ending and I was looking to commit to a BMW, but had not yet found the exact car Francine by a friend who recently purchased with her. She was kind, valued my time and had a wonderful inventory from which to select my new car. She called to follow-up after my purchase and even contacted and set up an appointment with service on my behalf. I was greeted in a friendly, "welcome back" manner. My interests were taken seriously, and a salesman was assigned to me. He was interested in knowing my needs, what I am familiar with, and w manner. After having my car inspected, he offered to take the lease obligations off my hands along with a reasonable monthly payment on a new BMW. He was engaging, knew his stock well, and worked with my schedule. It could not have been better. More

Usually, buying (or leasing) a car can be frustrating , even if one has done his/her due diligence; however, purchasing a car at Park Ave BMW was more than a pleasurable experience. I had the privilege of working with Francine Barbieri who spent an extended amount of time educating me on the various scenarious around purchasing vs. leasing a vehicle. She was extremely kind, very genuine, and patiently demonstrated every single new feature of this sophisticated car I was contemplating purchasing. Francine made me feel very comfortable and did not spend any time "pitching" to me which I truly appreciate as this could easily become a stressful and pressure packed experience if/when dealing with the wrong person. If you are planning to shop there, call in advance and ask to speak with Francine. She is an emphatic listener (a rarity nowadays) and is incredibly attentive. You can probably gage from my review that not only did I leave with the most beautiful M3, but I walked out of there tremendously impressed by the level and quality of service Francine and the entire Park Ave BMW provided.
