My experience at Park Ave BMW is always worth my trip from Brooklyn NY to Jersey. They understand the definition of service and make the process seamless. They respect peoples time here at Park Ave and I always know what to expect as far as wait time not to mention the convenience of their loaners. Compared to all of the other BMW service locations or any service locations I've ever been to (Mercedes, landrover, etc) they are hands down the best. I've never been nickled and dimed here as in other locations (Life quality BMW). It is always a pleasant experience even if you have a BMW lemon, as I had with my first BMW. I was not happy with some of bmw lease end policies and inspections but I was very happy with John and his guidance. Cons: The return lease inspection process was not as smooth as I would have liked Waiting time to sign contracts and forms was longer than I would have liked The car had some stains on the seat that were not removed prior to driving off the lot but John promised I would be able to get this detailed when I returned for plates.
