I had been searching for a very specific car for my daughter and had found one at another dealership. After many, many issues came up between seeing the car and taking delivery I backed out of the dea daughter and had found one at another dealership. That evening my daughter emailed me with info on a car at Park AVe BMW that was exactly what we had been looking for. I called late in the evening and left a message. Within 5 minutes Tom returned my call. I had some specific questions and Tom politely and patiently answered each one of them. I gave him a deposit over the phone and the next morning I drove up (95 miles) to see the car. The car was everything I had been looking for. The dealership and the way the Tom and Roger treated me was exceptional. I have bought many cars over the years and this experience was by far the most pleasent and professional. There are many BMW dealers in my area but when I am in the market for another car I will make the 95 mile drive north just to deal with Tom and the folks at Park Ave. Again, outstanding in every way.
