In fact, the entire service team should be praised for their professionalism and knowledge. Larry helped me out tremendously with my tire warranty and extended scheduled maintenance service warranty, among other things. One morning, my wiper insert failed during a major thunderstorm and I was able to pull in right into the garage (without an appointment) and was back on the road in no time. Scheduling a service appointment through PA's website is also a breeze. They usually have available openings within the next 48 hours or even sooner. My quickest drop off was less than 15 minutes from the second I pulled in into the garage to the moment I pulled out from it with a loaner car. The waiting area offers a very comfortable environment with a free wi-fi, desktop stations and a coffee/snack counter. Keep up the good work, Park Avenue truly understands the real definition of service! More

I recently found myself in the market for a new (pre-owned) vehicle as a result of a close encounter with a deer on the Garden State Parkway. I contacted Park Ave BMW by phone to see if a 2008 BMW (pre-owned) vehicle as a result of a close encounter with a deer on the Garden State Parkway. I contacted Park Ave BMW by phone to see if a 2008 BMW advertised on the Park Avenue website was still available for sale. The Associate (Brad Russak) confirmed that it was and arrangements were made for my wife and I to view the car later that day. When i arrived at the dealership, I found that the car clean and conveniently parked at the front of the pre-owned lot for easy access. Apparently Brad had made an effort to make things easy for us even though we were probably spending less money than anyone else that he was going to see that day. The test drive was quick and efficient and we found Brad to be informed and informative without being the least big pushy. We put a small deposit down on the vehicle and arranged to pick it up the following Saturday. When we arrived on Saturday, Brad had all of the people and paperwork aligned to make the transaction quick and easy. After the paperwork was signed, he spent an additional 20-30 minutes with us walking through each of the car's systems and controls so that we wouldn't have to learn it all after driving off the lot. He even took the time to pair each of our cell phones with the car's bluetooth so that we could use the "hands-free" right out of the gate; All this for a someone spending less than $20k on a 5 year old trade-in at a dealerhip that sells $50k cars routinely. Not bad at all! I definitely recommend seeking out Brad at Park Avenue BMW to anyone interested in a pre-owned car. More

I called up Park Ave BMW for a quote on a used car listed on their website. Junior (Aminabat) quickly answered all of my questions and set me up for a test drive the next day. Although Junior was busy when I arrived, he was nice enough to set me up with his colleague Francine who helped me for remainder of the process. I test drove a used 2012 328i, but decided to lease a brand new 328 instead! Negotiations was over in about 5 minutes, paperwork completed in an hour or so, and I drove home with my fully loaded 2013 white 328. Junior, Francine, and Roger (the "Finance guy") were extremely helpful, not pushy, and I got an overall good vibe from them. I'll definitely be coming back in 3 years for a renewed lease/purchase!
