Larry went above and beyond to help me with a surprise for my fiance. I was only bringing it in to put sirius radio in, but it turned out the car needed service and had a lot of faults. I have been to Park Ave BMW for service twice in the last two months. The first time was for routine maintenance and Larry informed me that I'd be receiving a recall notice - so they would take care of that two months. Larry asked the head of security - a very nice man - give me a ride home during the service. The service was actually faster than expected and they sent him back for me. This week, a rock hit my windshield, so I headed straight in to find out if I'd need a patch job/replacement. They squeezed me in for same day service! Also, their service waiting area is great - free computers/wifi - water/coffee - tvs - comfortable chairs. Everyone I have met at Park Ave BMW Service has been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. His name was Junior, aka Aminabat Niebles Jr. Junior took his time to review with me the various selections of BMWs Park Avenue had available. There was no haggling and gimmicks. I received a great price on the car I selected. The finance manager was also good. While reviewing the terms and conditions of my deal, the finance manager was able to save me some additional money on my deal. Greg is very honest and gives you the best price you can get from the beginning, so you don't even feel the need to go back and forth with the price. Roger, in the finance department, is so calm, polite and honest and again no pushy at all. No one tries to sell you things or coverage you don't want or need. Also, John at the reception desk was very helpful and polite. It was a great experience overall!! As I was leaving, I told them I will be back in 3 three years to get my next car from them.
