I can not express enough how Rich Anzalone and and the mechanics went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in impeccable condition. They repaired things I even forgot to mention, that remembered after the fact. Rich Anzalone explains all services needed and performed, with concise detail, and he does not aggressively push you to have unnecessary service. Rich Anzalone has always been HONEST everytime I have dealt with him and I will always try to deal with him whenever my BMW needs service. After a near purchase at another dealership where the salesman "discovered an error" at the very last minute as we were about to sign on the dotted line, I was dreading starting from scratch somewhere el salesman "discovered an error" at the very last minute as we were about to sign on the dotted line, I was dreading starting from scratch somewhere else. HOWEVER, because we had a very good experience at Park Avenue Acura some years ago, my husband and I decided to try Park Avenue BMW this past Saturday. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by the receptionists as well as a sales person, DANNY PIERONI. His demeanor was professional, friendly and not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted (I was torn between the X1 and the X3) and was very knowledgeable about his inventory and provided options. After a quick walk around the lot, my mind was made up and we were good to go. Things were so pleasant and running smoothly (the worst part - negotiating price - wasn't even close to as painful as I had feared!) that we decided to buy a second car on the spot. Danny really helped us along with choices because we hadn't exactly planned to buy two cars. Again, he went through his inventory, made some calls; we negotiated price (painlessly once again) and we had a second car! Danny went above and beyond in making these transactions work so both my husband and I could drive home in our new cars. My Acura, which I drove there, was to be serviced on Monday, but Danny arranged for Acura to take it then. He also followed us in his car and drove us back to BMW. Both cars were prepped and ready in no time. He was patient and thorough as he gave me a crash course in operating the plethora of options and gadgets in the X1 (the panel should be able to launch a rocket!) Then he did the same for my husband in his 328i. He had a really good sense of humor, and actually made the whole transaction fun. Today is Monday and Dan has already emailed me to follow up and actually beat me to the punch in calling my insurance company to add the cars. Just want to say that all the other customers at the dealership (we had the time so asked) raved about these guys and said they had been loyal customers for years. After our experience, I can clearly understand why! Also want to say that RYAN McGOWAN, the "behind the scenes" Finance Manager was great too! We had a lot of paperwork to complete and that is the most tedious part BUT he kept us entertained with his great sense of humor--while remaining professional and informative along the way. I actually read many of the online reviews of Park Avenue BMW and almost every single one of them was stellar (thought maybe too good to be true?) After our experience on Saturday, where we were pleased enough to buy TWO cars, I am happy to leave ANOTHER rave review. Park Avenue is the way to go!! THANK YOU. More
