When I needed my 2007 BMW M5 to get serviced choose Park Avenue BMW because my friends recommend them to me and read many great reviews. Mr. Flanagan came walked me step by step on what was needed and expected at the end of the service. Recently I have leased 2013 BMW 328XI from Park Ave BMW dealer. And I met Francine as my client Agent. I was looking for korean sales person, but I just decided not to find them. It was total 2~3 hours process included test drive, it was really happy experience. And her Boss Roger was very kind to me, and very nice to me as well. I will def. choose them for my next BMW. The facility is top notch as are the service advisors in my case Mr. Larry Weiner. Expect nothing but courtesy and professionalism when dealing with Larry and those working at Park Ave BMW. I have a 2008 BMW 535xiT wagon, now out of warranty, and I live in NYC. I am a car enthusiast, love BMWs and will not tolerate being told a load of baloney by a dealership. Park Ave BMW is the only place I I live in NYC. I am a car enthusiast, love BMWs and will not tolerate being told a load of baloney by a dealership. Park Ave BMW is the only place I would consider taking my car for service. It isn't cheap, but it is by far the best service facility I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First, it is a beautiful facility - open, spacious and clean. Second, they have customer service down to a science. They always assign the same service representative to me, so I am greeted by the friendly face of Eric Cuello every time I arrive. He efficiently and professionally discusses the issue with me, and I am out of there with a nice loaner in a few minutes. Eric then calls me with the diagnosis and the cost before proceeding with the work, and calls again when the car is ready. Third, and perhaps most importantly, the technicians are absolutely first rate at Park Ave. I have had my share of issues with the car, and Park Ave. has consistently been able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it promptly, even identifying issues that were done improperly at other BMW dealerships (e.g. improperly installed sunroof cartridge) and correcting them. And they always seem to have the parts too, as I never seem to have to wait for them. I have read nightmares on BMW forums about the way other dealers have handled the same issues I experienced, and this makes me trust and appreciate Park Ave all the more. Bottom line: Eric and the Park Avenue team are first rate and I'll gladly give them the highest rating. The only reason I put a 4 for cost is that BMW parts and service are expensive, but based on my experience with other dealers, I believe I am getting a fair price at Park Ave. More

I was greeted by Danny upon entering the showroom. I explained to him that I was looking to lease a new BMW but I was not sure if I wanted a 3 or 5 series. He ran the numbers and I came back to place my order. Danny tried to locate a car from his inventory and nearby dealers but we had to place an order. Danny kept me informed throughout the entire process. I traded several phone calls and emails and Danny was very attentive in getting back to me.
