Aminabat (Jr.) was very straight forward with me from the get go. He put alot of time in getting me the deal I wanted. Jr. is a very nice guy and very down to earth. He had no problems going back and forth with my numerous questions. He spent alot of time with me on a 550xi I was going to purchase that I ultimately decided to go with Audi. When we decided to buy an X3 with my wife, I decided to give him the first opportunity to sell me the car because of the great, very patient experience I had with him on the 550xi. At no time did he make me feel rushed or push me in anyway. He is really the opposite of the typical "pushy" salesman. He patiently answered every question I threw at him, let me take test drives and never gave me ultimatums about purchasing the vehicle. His manager Gregg was great with me as well. Polite and straight forward, he made it known he wanted my business and he would go the extra mile to earn it. I really appreciated that. Delivery was smooth except for some last minute with the numbers being a bit off that to their credit, that was very quickly dealt with and rectified. Overall I highly recommend Park Avenue if you want a friendly, no-nonsense buying experience in a neighborhood type dealership with the best prices. I will certainly look here first and to Jr., once we are in the market again for another BMW. More

Tom Kough, the sales consultant that I worked with, was very knowledgeable about BMW and gave true, honest advice on which model and type to choose. It was a no pressure sales and I felt very comfortable dealing with him and his pre-owned sales manager John. It took me around 2 months to get the car of my dreams, but Tom was always there to help me with each step of the process and advice me on the best option for me. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to my friends and will come back for my next BMW. Thank you Tom More
