I told her my car was totaled and she assured me not wot worry that they would take care of me. I was concerned that with all the cars totaled in the area getting a new car might be difficult. I spoke to her and Greg a couple of days later and they assured me they would work with me to get what I wanted. I went into Park Ave BMW to see Greg 2 weeks after the storm. Having discussed prices and options already over the phone the only thing I needed to do was test drive the car. I had decided based upon price to downsize from the 5 Series to the 3 Series. Unfortunately Francine was not available but Greg had me work with Brad. Brad and Greg together did an oustanding job reviewing my options given I had decided on the new 2013 - 3 series and did not want a Black or Grey car. I only wanted the 3 Series - Luxury LIne - Blue/ Biege interior. Even though my car was totaled - the ONLY car I was going to get to replace my 5 series was a BMW. And the only dealership I was going to consider was Park Ave BMW. I have leased now 4 BMWs from them and you couldnt pay me to go somewhere else. They have always been upfront with me regarding pricing and options, always found me the perfect car - often I have even said could you keep looking and they would keep looking until they found me the perfect car. Not only was the process of picking out the car incredibly easy taking the car was just as easy. The car arrived Tues Nov 27 and I had the car on Thursday. They transfered my plates from my totaled car and all I had to do was sign a few pieces of paper with Roger and I was all set. I have worked with Roger on all my other leases. He has never been pushy with the "options" and explains them and the terms of lease concisely. The entire process of leasing from Park Ave BMW could not be easier. I have recommended others to Park Avenue BMW - Greg Berkowitz in particular, and they swear by him as well. Everyone who works under Greg Berkowitz has always been very patient and not pushy. I have known Greg since I leased my first BMW - an X 3 in 2005 and would continue to ONLY lease/buy from where ever he was managing. I love my 3 series as much but possibly more than my 5 Series. I purchased a new BMW 3 Series from Park Ave BMW sometime in mid to late August and planned to do a European Delivery in late September. This was great news as I was planning to go for Oktoberfest and our client advisor/salesman Mike Messinger set this up beautifully. Purchasing the car was quick and painless. I was indecisive over colors and options even after I ordered the car from Mike but he was happy to oblige to any change I needed to make and was always happy to help. I also spoke to Jeremy Behar the sales manager quite a bit and he was also a pleasure to deal with. They are very aggressive with their pricing and want your business! Price aside, you also get great service and assistance. For example, my flight was cancelled due to a mechanical failure (very stressful as you may know) and I was not going to make it to Germany to pick up the car on time. I called Mike and he assured me don't worry about it, he will handle it. I get a call back and he finds an open slot later in the day. I didn't have to call BMW to rearrange anything. I've also been back plenty of times for a myriad of reasons and they have always been very accommodating. Now I get to try out their service department in a few months and hope to have the same experience! More
