Before I went there I made a few calls to inquire pricing and stock for CPO BMW 3-series cars. Brett was the person picking up the phone and was very patient and nice to answer my questions. I went to check out the cars last Saturday, Brett was very professional and courteous throughout the day. The weather was really cold but he stood outside in the freeze and patiently showed me all the choices. He also let me test drive 2 different cars with no problem what so ever. During price negotiation everything was smooth and I didn't feel any awkwardness, I guess it's his talent to make customer feel comfortable. He and his team even made extra mile in teaching me ways on how to save more money. At the end he taught me every single features in the car and helped me setup Bluetooth radio system. Overall I really recommend this sales and dealership team. I wish them and everybody going there to buy a car a happy and enjoyable time. More
Larry is by far the best service attendant I have ever dealt with ever. He knows his stuff and exemplifies true customer service. They handled my trade-in, in a similar manner. I was not pressured into buying "add-ons" by the Finance guy as we were formalizing the deal. They took the time AFTER the sale to make sure I knew how to use the vehicle. Great experience from a solid team. More
My family was severely affected my Super Storm Sandy. We lost both of our vechiles and had major home damage. My 2011 BMW X3 was a total loss from the flood. A week after our devastation, I called Jeremy Behar, to inform him of the loss, because he had been my client advisor(now sales manager)the prior year. I felt very confortable with him and knew I wanted another BMW. When I went to see him I informed him I only had 6 days left with the loaner car and needed a new BMW with lower payments because of our situation. He not only was able to get me a new 2013 BMW X1 but he also was able to get it in 5 days and lowered my payments! Jeremy made the entire process very easy because he knew the state of mind I was in and all the other things I had to worry about! Daniel Pieroni was the other client advisor that helped with my sale. He made the paper work easy because he knew I didn't have the time to come in so we did it all through email. The day I picked up my new X1, Daniel was so sincere and made the process very quick. He was so understanding of the situation. When I had to finalize all the paper work with Ryan McGowan, (financial manager) he made it all a breeze! Even the receptionist was a sweet heart! This is my forth BMW because of the amazing sales and the service! When my BMW needs service, Larry Weiner is the service consultant I always call! He always is so friendly! When my vechile needs service he immediately gets me a appointment, a loaner (when needed) and always gets my vechile back promptly. Now I don't dread truck/car shopping or service because of the wonderful service I receive from all these fantastic employees! Every 3 years when my lease is over I automatically go to BMW!!! More
