I have owned over 6 German cars in the last 10 years, this was the best experience compared to to other larger chains I have worked with. Gil DeOliveira on the other hand, first asked my wife and I why we wanted a car (we just had a new born), what would fit our needs and financially what made the most sense, and what was the best car to fit the needs of our growing family.(we wanted 3rd row seating on the X5 and despite it being an additional option - which would increase the price, he advised us against it, with very valid reasons). He was brutally honest and I loved that. That has never been the case with Mercedes and Audi dealers. If I go back to this dealer - it would be because of Gil and the honesty he displayed. It is always nice when people take some time to understand what you want and why and don't just ask you for a budget and sell you the car that fits it. I could have spend atleast $40,000 more, but it would have been a waste - So net net - I am happy with my purchase and look forward to working with Gil again. If you are on the edge, make a call, talk to Gil and get the facts, somethings the internet cant tell - so when you go to the store...talk to honest guys and make an informed decision. More

Our car was totaled in Hurricane Sandy. We needed a vehicle asap and a friend told me about Park Ave BMW. Wayne the GM met us when we arrived and was as friendly as could be. Brett is the exact opposite of what most people think of when they think of a car salesman -- he was honest, patient, attentive and very friendly. He also delivered our new car to us because we had no way of getting back to the dealership to pick it up. Wayne gave us honest advice when we were torn between two vehicles, and he also gave us a very good price. He too was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Park Ave BMW and Brett Drummer as your salesman! I've purchased several cars over the years (my father was also a car salesman) and I can honestly say this was the most painless and pleasant car-buying experience I've had.
