First let me start this review off by saying I am a BMW enthusiast and consider myself very knowledgeable about such vehicles. I recently leased an X5 from a different dealership closer to my home which un enthusiast and consider myself very knowledgeable about such vehicles. I recently leased an X5 from a different dealership closer to my home which unfortunately was destroyed in hurricane Sandy only 5 weeks after delivery. Thinking I would be given a bit of special treatment given I was a returning customer (within 5 weeks instead of 3 years!) I couldn’t have been more wrong. Communication was horrible and the firm was clearly price gauging. I cannot say how much of a PLEASURBALE experience I had in dealing with Brad Russak at Park Ave BMW. I was looking for a specific X5 to replace the one I ordered only weeks ago and although never having visiting their showroom (as I live nearly an hour and half away) I was treated with nothing but respect, enthusiasm and care. Brad searched high and low to locate a car to my liking and most importantly consistently reached out to update me on his search. Communication (which is very important to me) could not be better. Within the 3 days it took to seal the deal we exchanged nearly 20 emails and multiple phone calls. Pricing was extrmeley fair and when entering the dealership on Saturday to pick up my vehicle the great experience only continued. Everyone form the front desk attendee to the finance manager was easy to deal with and helped make the process efficient and fun. I have already referred one friend to this dealership and they were so happy they just ordered a 2013 335 M sport. I would HIGHLY Recommend this dealership and specifically Brad Russak and wil be sure to come back at the end of my lease in 2015. More
