You want a salesman that actually makes you feel like family from the minute you walk into the showroom. They had a new M6 in stock, but it wasn't in the showroom. Juan took time to escort us to Park Ave BMW's other location to show us the car. We both fell in love with it. By the end of our visit, we purchased the 2013 M6 and the new 2013 640 Grand Coupe. Each time we've been at Park Ave BMW since, Juan and the rest of the staff has made us feel like family. I need to mention that we live in New York and very close to another dealership but the customer service my husband and I received from Mr. Juan Polo and staff by far exceeded our expectations and with that said we will be returning to purchase another BMW from Park Ave BMW in the near future and will be requesting Mr. Juan Polo's assistance once more. I recently leased a new, custom built, 2013 BMW X3 from Park Ave BMW. Jesse Bowman was very informative, prompt, and responsive. He brought us through a test drive, and then was able to work entirely over Park Ave BMW. Jesse Bowman was very informative, prompt, and responsive. He brought us through a test drive, and then was able to work entirely over email (which was the most convenient for me) on the specifics of the lease. With minimal haggling, Jesse was able not only to meet my target price, but actually come in with a slightly lower offer (and also lower than any of the nearby dealerships). The vehicle was also custom built at the factory to the exact specifications that I desired instead of being restricted only to vehicles available on the lot. It took only 12 days from the time that I placed the order for the vehicle until the time I drove it off the lot, and it looked great! The paperwork involved for leasing the vehicle was also minimal, which was ideal, because I hate paperwork. I think it actually took longer to rent my last car at Hertz than it took to lease my new BMW. After a few days with the vehicle, Jesse followed up via email to make sure that everything was running smoothly and that the vehicle was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend working with Jesse Bowman and Park Ave BMW. More

Next day, Brett calls because I put an internet inquiry while at the 1st dealership. No BS. Brett talked calmly, evenly. No pressure, no hard sell. Very respectful, courteous & pleasant to deal with. He had a similar vehicle with a few more features. In stock! Higher priced vehicle (2,500), lower money factor, accurate residual - for $11 less month. Here's the blow-by-blow: 10:30 AM - Brett calls regarding internet inquiry. 10:50 AM - Brett responds with pricing. 1:00 PM - I call Brett & provide my details. 2:30 PM - Arrive at dealership 3:30 PM - I drive off the lot.
