I can't believe dealer service like Park Ave exist! i cant describe how extremely wonderful my experiences were... Ive owned different car brands...and nobody i can think of,could match Park Ave BMW...i cant describe how extremely wonderful my experiences were... Ive owned different car brands...and nobody i can think of,could match Park Ave BMW...i literally live 2 blocks from BMW Manhattan, nothing but bad experiences. I had an emergency one time,my brake lamps were out. And i was already pulled over for that malfunction. Drove my car to BMW manhattan. Since its 2 blocks from where i live, they would not take me in. Said i need an appointment. Staff were inconsiderate about my situation,as if they dont mind me getting pulled over again. So i thought of giving park ave a try with no appt. solved the problem in less than 20mins. I wouldn't mind going to NJ to service my BMW from now own,up until i own a BMW.
