For the past 7 years I have gone to Jeremy Behar at Park Ave BMW for a new car and he has always given me the product I desired in an extremely quick and efficient manner. If I went in on a Monday, I had what I wanted no later than Tuesday. He does a wonderful job working with the customer and listening to their every need and want in a car. I have referred several people to him and they thanked me for guiding them his way for what he did for them. He is a hard working driven guy who will do his best to get you the ultimate driving machine you want.. Park Ave BMW in general is a great dealership in regards to sales AND service. I was pleased to have met mr DeOliveira. He was sincere, polite and willingly to help like other rep. He helped find the right car to fit my budget ( well, i don't mean beer pocket budget) it was a very ni polite and willingly to help like other rep. I had visited multiple dealers because I felt I was not valued or simply made me feel that way there for I am compelled to wright this review about it. I went to PARKAVE BMW. Oh boy,,,, there stood this young man (mister sexy, handsome) sharp looking well spoken with his Brazilian accent (found that out later). He was in no rush, he questioned my wants, needs and what was import to me. I also was able to speak freely about my concerns. Well, to my surprise he was able to help me get what I was looking for and more car then originally thought of. He not only had to earn my business but had to work a little more for it. I was not just going to give hime my business just because he is a great looking Latin lover (lol) but he is. Gil, well done! Looking forward to working with you again. ;-) yep he is a hottie. More

I selected excellent for everything because Park Ave Bmw is Excellent! I took European Delivery of my 2013 135i and Micheal Messinger made this a seemless process. I leased a 2013 328xi four weeks ago. The sales experience was tremendous. I was lucky enough to have two client advisors, Michael Johnson and Tony Jara assist my wife and I in selecting our fourt experience was tremendous. I was lucky enough to have two client advisors, Michael Johnson and Tony Jara assist my wife and I in selecting our fourth BMW and to get the lease payments within our budget. Yesterday I noticed some fluid under the front end of the car and called Michael at 2:00 PM. He recommendedthat I bring the car right in to the service dept. I did so and found a state of the art service center and personel from the attendent who welcomed me as I pulled in to the two receptionists, who couldn't have been more helpfull, and to Larry Weiner who supervised the analysis and repair of the problem. It turned out to be a faulty coolant bleder screw. I was back on the road at 4:30 and that included a car wash. To summarize, everyone at park Ave BMW has made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. Thank You. More

A nice smooth simple transaction. The price was a good, fair price. I prefer a 1-10 scale and would have given a 9 of 10 on both rather than 4 of 5. I would not hesitate to look to purchase here again even though I live in PA. More

Top notch customer service! Francine is a great sales rep to work with. The car that I was looking at online was already sold by the time I arrived at the dealership. She found another stock that is much better, more options and I ended paying less than my initial budget. She took care of everything from trade-in appraisal, exterior and interior detailing, DMV/insurance paperwork and spent almost 1.5 hr on the day of the delivery explaining everything to me. I could not be happier with her professionalism. She even called the day after to check on the car. I got a great deal on my car and I already referred Francine to a friend. It was the most painless car buying process I've ever experienced in my life (5 different cars in 15 years). Overall, I was very pleased with Park Ave and will definitely return for my future BMW purchase. If possible however, avoid coming on weekends or make an advance appointment with one of the sales reps to expedite your test drive. More
