I purchased my Z4 through the Park Ave. web site/bmwusa.com and relied heavily on the information presented on those web sites. Throughout the course of my dealings with Juan he made numerous site/bmwusa.com and relied heavily on the information presented on those web sites. Throughout the course of my dealings with Juan he made numerous promises that he failed to keep. The first had to do with the time in which I would receive my car once the funds had been received by Park Ave. All along he kept telling me that once the money is there I'd have my car within two business days. It took a little over a week. It showed up with a temporary tag that is valid for 15 days less than the time line promised by Juan. The longer time line was requested due to my husband being Active Duty and the length of time it takes to process paperwork with our home of record (which by the way Juan said was too complicated for the dealership to do for us hence the promise of a longer validity period for the temporary tag). When I called and mentioned the problem with the tag his response was "Don't worry about it no one cares, and if they do pull you over it's a $20 fine and no points on your license" - that is almost verbatim. I explained to him that my husband and I both work on military installations that will not allow access with an expired tag at which point he tried to change the subject. Furthermore, my car arrived with damanged paint on the hood and a scratch down to the primer on the front bumper. I had both looked at by a VERY reputable local BMW dealership and was told that while the damage to the hood was environmental in nature it does not appear to be new. Furthermore, even if it is new it is something that the dealership should correct to ensure that what was delivered is what was advertised. As for the damage to the front bumper the response was that it should never have left the dealership with that sort of damage as it would have been easy for the dealership to have had it painted. There were other minor problems with the vehicle which my local dealership is correcting under the Certified Pre-Owned program but they are matters which should have been taken care of prior to shipment. I have raised each of these matters with Juan over the phone and with both he and Gregg Berkowitz via e-mail and have yet to receive a reply from either one. All I am asking is that Park Ave. correct the problems with my vehicle so that it is in compliance with what was advertised on their web site. Based upon my experience both pre and post sale I would recommend staying as far away from this dealership as possible if you are looking to make a long distance internet purchase. More
I relocated to NJ and was referred to Park ave by my dealer in Los Angeles. Jeremy was fantastic and possesses every quality you would expect from a good sales person. I bought a new BMW and traded off my honda. This is my fourth BMW and my first experience with Park Ave. Previously I had worked with sales/ service at Prestige in Ramsey and always felt they offered fair service. However, my most recent experience at Park Avenue service (for a quick oil change) led my right over to their showroom a few weeks later when it was time to purchase a new 2013 X5. I was immediately met by Andre who was friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided very useful information. He was very knowledgeable about my older X5 4.4 vehicle and was determined to make the transition a smooth one for me. He treated me with understanding and was completely honest with me throughout the process. I sat with Andre for hours discussing my options and my unique situation (credit, owning versus leasing, down payments etc). When it was time to show me cars, he immediately knew what I had in mind and guided me towards a stylist vehicle that fit my driver needs. Andre paid attention to many details such as what I needed for my children, packages, color etc. from the beginning, he listened and understood that he didn’t need to sell me on the vehicle but rather make the process stress- free and financially feasible. What a relief? Four hours later I drove off with a beautiful new X5 3.5 and had helpful one-to- one time getting to know my vehicle thanks to Mr. Lindsey. He even called to follow up and won’t be surprised if he calls again to check on how my transition is going. What a difference from my prior experiences with their competition (haggling for service discounts, sale price reductions and complaining to BMW of North America). Overall, this was pain free- and professional all the way thanks to Mr. Lindsay. More

Steven was very friendly and professional. I walked-in with my friends just to see how the prices are. We liked a 535 xi and he let us go on test drive. I have owned BMWs for the past 25 years. This is the first time I have dealt with Park Avenue dealership. My experience was by far the best experience with not only a BMW dealership but with a car deal first time I have dealt with Park Avenue dealership. My experience was by far the best experience with not only a BMW dealership but with a car dealership of any kind. The service was excellent. The pricing very competitive, and the follow through has been commendable. I will continue to recommend this dealership and my excellent dealings with both Wayne and Dan to anyone. More

I own a 2004 BMW 530i with 70K miles. In the winter of 2011 I experienced an issue with the Driver's Heated Seat option. The seat back overheated and burnt a dime size hole through the seat back as well a 2011 I experienced an issue with the Driver's Heated Seat option. The seat back overheated and burnt a dime size hole through the seat back as well as through my suit jacket. At this point i was out of warranty and figured I was on my own with this issue. I did a search on the internet and saw that there was a previous recall for this issue. I called BMW in the summer of 2012 and they advised me that the repairs were already performed. I shared my disappointment and explained that perhaps the repair was flawed. They recommend I go to the dealer and have them diagnose the issue. I called Rallye BMW in NY and they agreed to diagnose the matter but at a cost to me. I cancelled the appointment and drove to Park Ave BMW. I was met by Rich Anzalone Service Consultant. I explained my situation and how I believed the previous repair was unsuccessful; he agreed to perform the diagnostic at no cost to me. Rich came back with great news, he had discussed with his management as well as with BMW and had secured a Goodwill Repair for me. They repaired the vehicle at no cost to me, saving me over $1,000!!! I was very pleased with the treatment I received from Rich, he was more than courteous, professional, and most important, he cared enough to go the extra mile to help me out. This is the kind of service all BMW dealers should deliver, and it’s all due to persons like Rich, who actually care and deliver great customer service! I would definitely share this experience with all my friends and family, and most importantly, return to this dealership for my next new car. More
We chose Park Ave BMW due to a recommendation we got from a friend. Needless to say we could not be happier! The service was great and the price was SO good we were actually able to get a newer model than we a friend. Needless to say we could not be happier!
