My over all experience with Park Ave BMW was very positive. Steven Mercier accompanied me as I test drove a BMW 530I, he was very informative and as we pulled back into the parking lot, he actually held my door, this sort of chivalry is extinct in this day and age. I bombarded him with so many questions but he remained patient and diligently provided me with genuine answers. Steven then carefully built my team of professional advisers to help me with my purchase. Each team member brought a wealth of information and was more eager than the other in providing care and concern. I finally made my purchase and I did so because of my dream team.
