I just recently leased my 2012 335i sedan from Park Ave BMW and Sabit Hadzhiev did everything possible to get me in my car. Sabit got me my car in 3 weeks instead of the expected 3 month wait for the order BMW and Sabit Hadzhiev did everything possible to get me in my car. He was AMAZING!!!!! He made me feel like I really mattered, I wasn't just a customer. Danny was very professional and knowledgeable – he didn’t repeatedly leave my husband and I sitting there for countless minutes while he had to chase down answers to our questions. He was easy to talk to and ready to solve any issues we had. He was enthusiastic and actually enjoyed taking us on test drives in the rain and not just once but twice. We got the color and interior exactly as I wanted. Then after I put down a deposit I realized I had forgotten to ask him something and called him later that day to make sure the car had satellite – he said it didn’t. But he solved the problem because I told him, “Danny! I have to have my satellite!” He called me back in less than five minutes and told me he could have it installed – NO EXTRA CHARGE! My hero! When I went to pick up the car Danny was extremely thorough – going over the system in the car, showing us how everything worked – (in the pouring rain again!). And then not only that but he called me the next day to see if I had any questions about the car. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so. From beginning to end it was a stress free and very enjoyable experience. More
