Amazing experience - even during a snow storm Andre was extremely helpful. Called him about a vehicle in the beginning of the week that was just posted to the dealers website with no pictures. He Andre was extremely helpful. Called him about a vehicle in the beginning of the week that was just posted to the dealers website with no pictures. He took the time to go to warehouse and take pictures of the car for me almost immediately. Within a couple of days once the vehicle was officially ready, he took the time to show it to us in a snow storm. His service was great and we are happy not only to find a vehicle we wanted, but a good sales man to develop a relationship with going forward. At the end of it all Heather help with the "crossing of the T's" and " dotting the I's". She was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Answered all of our questions (even the confusing ones) with ease. I would recommend this dealership and both Andre and Heather to anyone that may ask!! More

I walked into BMW Park Ave trying to figure out details about my lease return. I was determined to move away from the manufacturer because we had liked the GMC Yukon, because we needed the third row. Mike was so friendly assuming he wasn’t going to get a sale, and provided me all the information I needed. However, being the great salesman he is, he asked me if he could show me the third row option on the x5 in a very no pressure sales pitch. I walked into two other bmw dealerships and no one else took the time to do that. Sabit walked us through the car, and pointed out all the pros and cons in a very detailed, honest manner. Then when we went back to talk about pricing. They were so professional. Gave me many different options, and nailed the price I was looking for. They are so much better than Prestige. You want to do business with them! More

The dealership was bustling with people (they were even serving food the day after Christmas) and Brad was extremely personable and attentive. He was able to get a prompt and fair trade in on my vehicle and in little time we had deal. I had a similar experience at the pick up location in Hackensack.
