Brad did all of the heavy lifting after I picked the car I wanted. All of the paperwork, lease turn-in logistics, and account set up was taken care of by him so I literally just showed up to sign a few documents and drove away happy. My last experience was so bad that I had thought about switching to another BMW dealer. But from day one of meeting Brad to last night of picking up my latest ride, the whole experience was awesome. It was hassle free, stress free, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Brad was honest and detailed and follow-up with me daily throughout the entire process even after I had already committed to getting another vehicle. His diligent and timely followup is what made me come into the dealership (I intended to go to Prestige before speaking with him) When I came in he listened to what I wanted, didn't try to oversell me, and really worked to make the experience as seamless as possible. I pushed him to get me the best deal and after doing a lot of market research I really feel I got an extraordinary deal on my vehicle. Dave proved to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Dave was able to find a car mostly matching my specifications in inventory and walked me through the pros and cons ordering. He found me all the available incentives and discounts I was eligible for and quoted me a very good price on the new car. He was also very transparent about the cost breakdown of leasing which is good because it was my first lease and I appreciated working with someone honest and helpful. It turned out leasing the new car was the best option. Entire process only took a few hours and I drove out with a brand new car the same day. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Park Ave BMW. More
