Recently we were in the market for a new vehicle and had been testing water at other dealerships We have been a Park Avenue customer for over 7 years. Recently we were in the market for a new vehicle and had been testing water at other dealerships. We were kind of worry as most of the advisors that we had enjoyed to work with at park Ave had left the company. But since the dealership is close by, we made a stop anyway. We met Hans on our first visit. He was more than happy to assist even without an appointment with him. He is very polite, patience and friendly from the get go. Absolutely no pressure for any commitment. He spent a tremendous amount of time with us in explaining every bit of all the pros and cons related to all the models/packages. We test drove both X1 and X3 and we ended up a nicely equipped X3 with almost everything that we had wished for. IMHO, as far as car shopping experience (I have over 40 years of that), it would be very hard to top Hans. For me, a good advisor should have above average on the vehicles that they are selling and Hans is very knowledge in that area. He is not only pointing out the pros, but also honestly pointed out the cons. That is not always the case in a showroom. If anyone is in the market for a BMW, I would send them straight to Hans in a heartbeat! To be honest, if it was not Hans, we might not end up in another BMW from Park Avenue, he is that good! More
