I get all kinds of offers from other dealerships, but I never think twice about where to buy. This time around I had the pleasure of working with Hans Lee. I say pleasure because it really was. My wife and I sat down with Hans and explained our expectations and what we were willing to spend. He worked up a list and set out to find the perfect car and moment for us. Over the course of a month he shopped around and reached back to me about some listings that seemed very promising. My wife and I went in to check the car out and it was great! Though at first we were apprehensive on the basis that the paint color was something very different from what we normally would have considered. Hans realizing our dilemma was like, "Hey we don't need to do this today. If you aren't 100 percent than I don't want to make this deal. I want you guys to get the car you really want." This reaction from a person working in sales was refreshing. You never expect someone to be putting your needs over theirs, but that is exactly what Hans did. So my wife and I did the credit application and a deposit, but did not make the final move there. We wanted to sleep on the color and make sure it was the right fit for us. The next day we gave the thumbs up for the purchase and everything went through smoothly. I was then directed to visit the Park Ave BMW Delivery Center where my wife and I were fully introduced to our new car via Mark Saunders a BMW Genius. Mark introduced my wife and I to some of the new features that we were not familiar with and helped us save some convenience presets. After we were formally introduced to our new car, we then worked with Tony Jara to sign our official lease documents. Tony made the final signing as easy and painless as signing a bunch of documents can be. I will most definitely be visiting in 3 years when this lease runs out to go through the same great experience again. More
