Absolutely Amazing Experience.. Hans was Superb I was so impressed with Hans Lee and Park Avenue BMW. They really care. I am glad I met Hans. He is the best by far. When I spoke with Hans and met with him I decided to cancel my other purchase and bought my car from Hans. Usually after you purchase a car you get a standard thank you email sent and that is it. It has been less than a month since I purchased my car and I have heard from Hans atleast 6 times making sure I was happy and if I had any questions. In fact he invited me back for a refresher course and he spent time going thru all the features with me. He is a class act and a true professional. He is not just a salesman.. I found my service adviser! I have to admit as a woman there are two things I absolutely dread doing. Buying and servicing my car. Not only did he take the time to answer all my silly questions and there were many of them. He also answered my emails promptly throughout the day. The issue with my 3 Series sedan was corrected and it was done in a reasonable amount of time at little cost to me. I am very pleased. More

Jack Gomes I have driven a BMW for the last 6 years and their cars are excellent. However, I did not feel that way about the dealer who I purchased my X6 from at Park Ave BMW. As soon as I drove off of the lot and he made his commission, he wiped his hands and was done. If I had any questions or concerns, he was never available. I called him many times, sent him many emails and still nothing so, when I learned that a relative was going to purchase a BMW, I contacted Claudio Claro in service who is absolutely amazing. Claudio always makes me feel safe in knowing that my car and I are in great hands - he is wonderful! When I asked him who we should see to make a purchase, he did not hesitate to refer Jack Gomes and after working with Jack, I see why. In addition to being knowledgeable, professional, polite and fun to work with, he is honest and sincere. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Well, we are more than satisfied, we are thrilled! Although the transaction ended, I'm sure that if I had to contact Jack with more questions or concerns, I know he would be sure to respond.
